The nightmare has not ended with Messi

From Metro, the incident that pushed Lionel Messi into trouble has not ended in the match against AC Ajaccio.

Lionel Messi was reprimanded by PSG earlier this month for making an unauthorized two-day trip to Saudi Arabia. However, the  Ligue 1 champions reduced Messi’s suspension and the 35-year-old quickly  returned to training this week before the Ligue 1 match against AC Ajaccio.

Messi was included in the PSG starting line-up but when his name was called out in the stadium at the Parc des Princes, it was met with mockery and loud whistles from the home fans. Messi was also booed by “PSG fans” every time he “touched the ball” during the first half.

Messi continues to receive attacks from PSG fans.

On the contrary, the  PSG  fans cheered loudly as soon as the announcer named Kylian Mbappe.

Messi, who has issued an apology to PSG for his trip to Saudi Arabia, is expected to leave the French club this summer when his contract expires. Barca has held talks to re-sign Messi.

El Pulga also received an offer from Al-Hilal, with the Arabs offering him a contract worth 400 million euros a year.
