Sharing in an interview with Fabrizio Romano, the Man Utd captain confirmed that he could not make a decision regarding the young British star.
Currently, the future of striker Mason Greenwood is unknown . The England international has not played for Man Utd since January last year but is now free to play again, amid a court finding the 21-year-old player innocent after allegations of rape and violence.
However, things are still unclear because Man Utd is still considering a decision for him . Recently, there have been rumors about them wanting to part with Greenwood and bring in a new striker with top targets being Harry Kane and Victor Osimhen.

As for Erik ten Hag , the Dutch captain still appreciates Greenwood’s ability to score goals, but emphasizes that he is not the one who can decide this case.
When asked about Mason Greenwood’s future, the 53-year-old strategist said:
“In the past, he has shown that he is capable of scoring goals. But I’m not the deciding factor in whether he comes back or not .”
