Metro quoted coach David Moyes as saying West Ham are planning a life without Declan Rice in the future.
Arsenal is one of the teams interested in the possibility of recruiting Declan Rice. This player has reason to be interested in the Gunners project when the team is changing drastically.
However, both Man Utd and Chelsea are also said to have a connection with Rice in the context that these two clubs want to add more personnel to the midfield. Rice’s price is not cheap, can reach 100 million pounds or more.

Football Insider confirmed that the Emirates Stadium team is the best candidate to own the signature of Rice. The 24-year-old has turned down numerous contract offers at West Ham and selling the player seems to be the most likely decision.
Most recently, coach David Moyes admitted: “Any club will miss Rice if he leaves. We certainly will, because he is an important part of the team.
But hopefully Rice thinks this is the best place and if no club offers the right amount, then he will stay the team.
The club has made that clear, but I hope we can continue to achieve the best with Rice.”
With Moyes’ statement, it is likely that West Ham are prepared for Rice’s departure this summer.
