According to journalist Eduardo Inda, Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe has asked the French capital club to extend the contract of Sergio Ramos.
El Nacional had said that the French player was promised a say in the club’s decisions to buy or sell players. This was one of the promises made to Mbappe before he signed a new three-year contract with PSG in May last year.
And Mbappe believes Ramos is an integral part of the project at the club.
Ramos is out of contract this summer and there has been much speculation that the former Spain international will not be renewed by the Paris club. But Eduardo Inda said Ramos trusts Mbappe, who has asked the club to extend the former Real Madrid player’s contract.

“Sergio has been in talks about continuing to play for another year with PSG. They want to lower his contract. I have reported that Luis Campos wants a reduction of about 50%.”
“Mbappe wants Ramos to stay because he believes Ramos is one of the few signings who have shown commitment to the club.”
