The story of midfielder N’Golo Kante’s departure or stay is of great interest, and recently the player born in 1991 has shared about his future.
This season, N’Golo Kante has barely played for the Blues. Injury since August caused the French star to take a long-term break, he only returned to training and playing in April. Kante still shows his class when on the field.
Kante’s contract expires at the end of the season, but a new deal has yet to be approved. Many rumors suggest that Chelsea’s lack of tickets to next season’s Champions League made Kante decide to leave, PSG and Arsenal are the teams interested in the former Leicester star.

Recently, the player born in 1991 has shared about his future. Asked if he would stay at Chelsea, he said: “Definitely yes. The club has an interesting project, and I want to continue to be part of it.”
“Unfortunately this season, Chelsea have not reached the highest standards. But everyone wants to follow this path, the road to success and winning titles. Let’s see where I will be but I hope that this is a change for the club, that’s the most important thing.”
Chelsea is ranked 12th on the Premier League table, they are likely to not have tickets to the European Cup next season. The Blues may find it difficult to recruit a star in the summer of 2023, they are said to be targeting West Ham midfielder Declan Rice and Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.
