Arsenal legend Paul Merson thinks Inter Milan is one point ahead of Man United before facing Man City in the Champions League final.
Merson believes Man City will win against Inter Milan if both teams play to their abilities.
Man City and Inter Milan will face each other in the Champions League final this weekend in Turkey. Man City eliminated Real Madrid in the semi-finals, while Inter Milan knocked AC Milan out of the tournament.
Merson told Sky Sports: “I always thought this was a harder game than the one against Man Utd. Inter have strikers Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku who can hurt you. I don’t see that with the trio . Man United striker – Marcus Rashford’s team. That’s the problem.”
He added: “It is a difficult game, and they will be nervous. If both teams play to their best, Man City will win. But they are human, and although they are great, we are. there have been bad days with City. Not many but a few.”
Man City is the team that is more appreciated in this match, but Inter Milan is the more experienced side in Europe’s most prestigious arena.
