According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Jude Bellingham deal is considered decided.
Recently, the British press confirmed that Liverpool decided not to pursue a deal for Jude Bellingham this summer. The reason is that spending a crazy amount of money to sign the England international will limit coach Jurgen Klopp’s plans to overhaul the squad.
Bellingham has been Liverpool’s “top transfer target” for more than a year. However, the price is too high, Dortmund may refuse to sell, plus the number of positions that need to be cleared after a disappointing season that led to The Kop pulling out of the race.

In addition to Liverpool, Real Madrid, Manchester City, Paris Saint‑Germain, Chelsea, Man Utd or Arsenal are also among the clubs interested in Bellingham. However, Real Madrid is considered to have won in signing Bellingham.
Specifically, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano said: “Real Madrid is about to finalize the agreement to sign Bellingham, the information is confirmed. The negotiations are approaching the final stages.
Personal terms were almost agreed. A new meeting has been scheduled by Real to finalize the agreement with Borussia Dortmund.”
Bild reports that Dortmund is asking for 140 million euros and Real Madrid is expected to close the deal for a slightly lower amount, between 100 euros and 120 million euros.
