According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, AS Roma has come close to an agreement with the outstanding midfielder of the Bundesliga.
Talented centre-back Evan Ndicka has decided to refuse to extend his contract with Eintracht Frankfurt and become a free agent this summer. After a period of fighting in the Bundesliga, Ndicka wants to find new challenges for herself.
The French player plays quite versatile. In addition to his strong central defender position, he can also play as a left-back. Therefore, the 23-year-old player has been targeted by many big teams such as Manchester United or Arsenal.
However, according to a source from journalist Fabrizio Romano, Ndicka has decided to join AS Roma. Sharing on personal Twitter, the Italian journalist said:
“AS Roma’s final proposal to Evan N’Dicka: Net salary of 4 million euros per year plus bonuses for signing a five-year contract.
Negotiations are making great progress, the two sides are currently in the final stages of completing the agreement.”
So if there are no surprises, Jose Mourinho will have another prestigious choice for defence.
