Talking on his personal twitter page, journalist Fabrizio Romano affirmed that the Emirates Stadium team has absolutely no intention of giving up with an expensive deal.
Not long ago, Arsenal sent West Ham United a second offer to sign Declan Rice. However, The Hammers quickly rejected this proposal, despite it having a total value of up to 90 million pounds.
As revealed by Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal have no plans to give up and certainly a third offer will be sent to West Ham. The Italian journalist said:
“Arsenal will continue to send offers for Declan Rice . The plans are clear: he is a top target and the club want to close the deal.”

“It is not clear when the new proposal will be sent, but Arsenal will certainly not stop at the current offer.”
“There are no plans to ask for Romeo Lavia until they reach an agreement with Rice.”
In the opposite direction, Thomas Partey is approaching the door to leave the Emirates this summer. According to Romano, the possibility of Partey saying goodbye to the Gunners is not small, and the Ghanaian midfielder is currently attracting interest from clubs from Europe and Saudi Arabia.
