Via Voetbal International, Ibrahim Sangare confirmed there is a £33m release clause in his contract with PSV Eindhoven.
Since taking over at Old Trafford, Erik ten Hag has soon brought in many Eredivisie stars such as Lisandro Martinez, Antony or Tyrell Malacia. Now, United continue to be linked with Orkun Kokcu, Jurrien Timber, Santiago Gimenez, Taylor Booth and Sangare.

According to 90Min, The Red Devils watched Sangare last month, alongside other Premier League clubs Arsenal and Liverpool. The Ivory Coast midfielder could be a potential backup or long-term replacement for Casemiro at Old Trafford. Moises Caicedo is also Man United’s alternative in the central midfield position, but Brighton demands £90m for the deal, and Sangare will only cost them a third of that fee.
“I think that clause brings clarity to everyone, both me and the club,” Sangare told Voetbal International, confirming he has a £33m release clause in his contract with PSV.
